- We use the name, business email address, company details, phone number and message you submit to respond to your demo request and arrange a demonstration of PlannerPlatform.
- Email processor
- Mailgun processes the demo request to deliver it by email.
- Storage
- Demo requests are delivered by email and are not stored in the PlannerPlatform database.
- Email retention and deletion
- We keep your request as long as needed to arrange the demo and follow up on a possible collaboration. You can ask for deletion at any time via ralph@inspiredbyfrustration.com; we respond within 14 days.

PlannerPlatform uses account, tenant, and project data to authenticate users, route sessions, and operate the planning workspace.
